My fees are always disclosed upfront, vary based on trip complexity, and start from the listed amounts shown here. Additional fees apply for urgent trips or those involving pets/service animals. While I don't charge cancellation fees, supplier fees may apply. Fees are non-refundable and separate from trip costs.
Contact me to schedule a complementary discussion about your interests and I'll outline my process based on your trip requirements. Once you're ready, complete your provided client agreement and invoice. I'll then craft your trip with ongoing collaboration until it's perfect. As a licensed travel insurance seller, I can also help with insurance coverage.
